In order to go on your information safe, you would be able to prepare permissions to make sure the correct customers are accessing the right information including view-merely permissions for shared folders, passwords for shared links, and expirations for shared links. Then I call back that a 3rd political party file-sharing service, similar Box, would exist an appropriate solution for sharing files. You tin gear up permissions based on 7 different permission types to control who has admission to which documents. You can too enable your users to apply customized Box shared links with passwords, expiration dates, and restricted download access.

So, once you have Box prepare upward, external customers can upload with a free Box account. This ways that you'll all the same have fundamental command, but they'll be able to upload where you designate information technology. So what kinds of files will they be uploading?
